Dear God, Heal me from ___ as You healed Miriam from leprosy: thoroughly, completely, totally… I am Your servant and I have sinned as she did. I have made mistakes for which I am deeply sorry. I confess that often in a jealous fit I have spoken against others out of the sickness of my own heart. Let me live I pray, in the wholeness of Your mercy. You granted Moses' request to heal Miriam. May it bless You, LORD, to hear me and heal me too. I am forever Your servant. Amen.
