Meditation is Medication

Meditation is the new medication for many for keeping our minds positively thinking and quietly reflective. There are so many reasons right now that might prompt us to enter despair and despondency, UNLESS we focus on all the reasons why we should not. I have found that focusing on what God says and on media that draws its inspiration from biblical insight is what provides me with the greatest strength and supplies me with the purest mental energy. The meditation live stream that gives me the hope I need to stay empathetic and the help I need to stay centered is time tested, tried, and true based on years of personal experience. It is my first "go to" source before exploring what others think or say without thinking. You might say it keeps me grounded, astounded, and surrounded. I continue to marvel at the way GOD's words find their way into my heart and attach to the exact problems for which I need answers most. Even when the details of what I am reading seem unlike the details of my modern context, the ancient text remarkably provides perfect comfort for me now. That doesn't mean that the bible is the only book I pick up or that I want to beat people over the head with it. Far from it. It simply means I respect it as the highest authority and regard it as a safe and trusted source for my soul's well-being. Meditation suggests an intentional submission to the focused media. I don't know about you, but I don't want just any old junk influencing or shaping me because what we meditate upon is what we become. Staying connected to Heaven's live stream so that I can have access to immediate downloads of the purest untainted information available works well for me. Hope, peace, wisdom, love, forgiveness, success, freedom, and so much more, is available for immediate download. I invite you to consider the wonders and fulfillment of communication with GOD through meditation on what HE says. It always finds me where I am and guides me to where I need to go without condemning me for what I've done.

Psalm 42:11 The Message Bible

Why are you down in the dumps, dear soul?

Why are you crying the blues?

Fix my eyes on God—

soon I’ll be praising again.

He puts a smile on my face.

He’s my God.
